Should you arrive after 9:00 pm, please let us know so we may make arrangements with you as to where to get your room keys.

Please keep in mind that we are a three story building without any elevators. Should you have trouble using stairs, please let us know and it will be our pleasure to assign a ground floor room to you should one be available.

Parking
Free parking is available on site. One parking spot is assigned per room. Should you arrive with multiple cars, only one car per room may be parked on the Obertal Inn lot, unless an exception is made by the Front Desk Agent.

Please be advised that over-night street parking is possible from April through October. Winter parking restrictions are strictly enforced during the winter months due to the need for regular snow removal activities.

POLICIES

CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure your reservation, the first night’s rate + tax will be charged at the time of booking. Please ensure we have your credit card’s billing address to charge the deposit.

If your plans change and the check-in date of your reservation is more than 72 hours away, you may cancel your reservation within 72 hours of making it without any financial consequences.  AFTER 72 hours, you agree to abide by the cancellation policy as outlined below.  

PLEASE protect yourself and purchase travel insurance for the occasional mishap in your lives.  Obertal Inn and Leavenworth Vacation Rentals cannot be financially responsible for cancellations falling within the outlined policy. Here are suggestions from Google:

HOTEL and SNOWCREEK SUITES (Aspen, Cedar, Dogwood):

Reservations are subject to a 72-hour cancellation policy, except during Festivals and all of December.* When you cancel more than 3 days before your arrival, your deposit will be refunded. When you cancel within the window you are responsible for the full amount of your stay.

TOWNHOUSE, GARDEN HAUS, SNOWCREEK TOWNHOUSE (Birch), DREAM HOUSE SUITES, ALL SEASONS RIVER INN SUITES and APARTMENT, AND WUNDERBAR CONDOS:

Reservations are subject to a 30-day cancellation policy, except during Festivals and all of December*.  When you cancel more than 30 days out, your deposit will be refunded.  When you cancel between 15 and 30 days out, you forfeit your deposit. When you cancel within 14 days, you are responsible for the full amount of your stay.

*HOLIDAYS, FESTIVALS, AND DECEMBER:

Ice Fest Weekend (January,) President’s Day Weekend (February,) Memorial Day Weekend (May,) Fourth of July Weekend (July,) Labor Day Weekend (September,) Salmon Festival and Autumn Leaf Festival (September,) Oktober Fest (first 3 full or partial weekends of October,) Thanksgiving (November), and the weekend following, and all of December. Should you cancel your reservation for any of the above dates, $200 of the deposit is non-refundable. When canceling within two weeks of your arrival, you are responsible for the entire cost of your stay.

For all reservations, if you cancel within the cancellation period, we charge the full amount of your stay, but will, with your permission, try to resell the space. If any of the stay is rebooked, we will refund you that amount, less $200.00. If your chosen room type does not resell, we will extend a credit in the amount of your charges, less $200.00, to your account. The credit must be used within the calendar year of your reservation and must be made on our website, www.obertal.com, only.

PRIVACY POLICY

At Obertal Inn, we understand the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about guests, callers to our reservation line, and visitors to our website.

We collect information only in a manner deemed reasonably necessary to serve our business purposes and comply with our legal obligations. On our Website we do not collect personally identifiable information from Customers unless they provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. When you reserve a room with us we will capture information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and credit card number to process your reservation. The primary purpose of capturing your e-mail address when you make a reservation with us is to send you a reservation confirmation. We safeguard our Customers’ personally identifiable information by using industry standard practices.
